Diamond (1) $35,000

Ski and Spa Day with Hospitality Suite

Ski and Spa Day

  • Exclusive sponsorship of ski tickets, ski equipment rentals (boots, skis, and poles or snowboard and boots), or 50 minute spa treatment available to attendees on Thursday, March 18 2023.
  • Each attendee will receive a branded item with your company logo.
    • SimpleNexus will order and ship the item to the conference.
  • Each attendee will receive a branded envelope with your logo with vouchers for either skiing or spa.

     

Hospitality Suite

  • Exclusive sponsorship of Seven Summits Hospitality Suite located in the Snowbird Center. This will provide attendees with all day snack service including an open bar and a cozy space to relax in between hitting the slopes or before/after spa treatments.

 
As part of your sponsorship, you will also receive:

  • Top choice booth placement: One 8′ tabletop to promote your company during the conference (table linen provided upon request or you can bring your own). 
  • Your company logo is included on the event webpage and in select pre-conference emails.
  • Sponsorship recognition on social media channels.
  • Complete list of attendees supplied to you before and after the conference has concluded.
  • Two complimentary general admission conference tickets.
Platinum (2) - $20,000
CHOICE OF (1) EVENT: Welcome Reception – SOLD
  • Exclusive sponsorship of a private networking Welcome Reception to be held at the resort. This welcome reception will include satisfying hors d’oeuvres, beer/wine service, entertainment.
  • Cocktail napkins that display your logo or message.
  • Specialty cocktail during the reception
  • Signage with logo at event.
  • SimpleNexus will order and ship items to the event.
Entertainment Evening – Available
  • Sponsorship of the conference Entertainment Evening which includes dinner, beer and wine service, and entertainment at Summit Restaurant, the newest Snowbird Ski Resort restaurant at 11,000’ on top of Hidden Peak*.
  • Sponsored hot drink at the bottom of the tram
  • A  live 5-minute attendee introduction to share information about your company.

  • Seat Drop:
    • Opportunity to provide ~200 attendees with a branded item that will be placed in chairs prior to the opening keynote session on Tuesday March 14.

Conference Lanyard – SOLD
  • Your company’s logo on the conference lanyards that are required to be worn throughout the entirety of the conference.
Branded Room Key  – SOLD
  • Your company’s logo on the key card that all attendees will receive at check in.

  • Opportunity to provide more than 200 attendees with a branded item that will be placed inside the guest room of all conference attendees on day two of the conference (March 15).

Candy Station 
  • Bulk candy station with your company’s logo on the bags and signage that will be available throughout most of day one and two of the conference.
March Madness Watch Station – SOLD
  • Your company’s logo on/by the TV’s that will be streaming the NCAA March Madness basketball games throughout the conference.
