The California Consumer Privacy Act allows CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY to request to know more about how a business treats their personal information and, in certain cases, to request deletion of that information. A business may not disclose or delete a consumer’s personal information if that information was collected, processed, or disclosed pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or the California Financial Information Privacy Act. Additionally, residents are limited to no more than two (2) requests within any 12-month period. Other exceptions may apply and therefore impact whether or not a business must disclose or delete personal information upon request.
SimpleNexus does not and will not sell your personal information. Any requests sent to us in our capacity as a service provider as defined under California Civil Code Section 1798.140 (v) (where we are processing your personal information on behalf of another business) do not require us to comply with your request.

Upon receiving a request to know/request for access or a request for deletion, we will confirm receipt within 10 days. If we are able to verify your request, we will make our best effort to respond within forty-five (45) days of our receipt of your request. If we require more time (up to 45 additional days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Additionally, in our response, we will specify the manner in which we have deleted your personal information, in accordance with the CCPA.
